The SupaVac SV110V-V2 Mobile Sludge Pump is a highly efficient, air-powered vacuum pump that can generate up to 25"Hg (85kPa) of vacuum and deliver high in-line convey velocities.
This pump is designed for vacuum loading and pressure discharge batch system, allowing it to recover from depths of up to 50 meters (164 ft) and deliver materials over distances of more than 500 meters (1640 ft), with the added convenience of being a one-man or fully automatic operation.
This unit requires only 280cfm (132L/sec) at 85psi (6 bar)+ and can transfer heavy sludge with a high solids content up to a rate of 32m3/hr (140USGPM) @ SG1.0. It is widely used in offshore drilling, oil, gas, and mining industries for various applications such as rapid recovery of large-scale spills, tank cleaning, mining slimes, and sump/drain cleaning.
